Cherokee Country Club Swim Team is a summer swim team that competes in the Greater Knoxville Area Interclub Swim Association (GKAISA). Our team is made up of swimmers from age 3-18 and we welcome every swimming ability! We pride ourselves in teaching great technique, having great Cherokee team spirit, and having FUN! Whether we are tie-dying tshirts, having an ice cream party, having a lockin, or playing water polo on Fun Fridays, we know that lasting summer memories are made at the Cherokee Pool!
We compete in league 4, "the friendly league," of the GKAISA 6 leagues. We will have dual and tri meets throughout the season with the other leagues in our team. We will have our now famous Intrasquad Green & White Meet which is otherwise known as The Candy Meet! We will end our competitive season at the end of July when we compete in the City Meet Championship at the University of Tennessee where we will race against swimmers in all 6 leagues.
